Usage Terms
Fair Usage by Platform
To keep plans sustainable and transparent, CrossPostingPal applies fair usage limits for selected platform actions that generate variable third-party API costs.
Current monthly limits for X (Twitter) actions are:
- Trial: 3 publish actions, 0 delete actions, 0 hide/unhide reply actions
- Starter: 40 publish actions, 10 delete actions, 10 hide/unhide reply actions
- Pro, Valentine Special: 90 publish actions, 20 delete actions, 20 hide/unhide reply actions
- Unlimited Business: 350 publish actions, 70 delete actions, 70 hide/unhide reply actions
These limits are measured per workspace per billing month and may be adjusted if platform APIs, pricing, or technical constraints change. Material changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
Post Scheduling & Automation
Scheduled posts are sent automatically on your behalf only with your explicit consent. You are responsible for the content you schedule and publish.
User Responsibilities
You must not schedule or publish content that is prohibited or illegal. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your posts.
By using CrossPostingPal, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Not use our service for any illegal purposes
- Not attempt to access other users' information
Service Availability
API Rate Limits & Service Interruptions
While we strive to offer unlimited posting, please note that third-party social media platforms may impose their own rate limits or restrictions on the number of posts, uploads, or actions you can perform. These limits are set by the API owners and are outside of our control. Service interruptions or outages on the platform side may also affect scheduling reliability.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Failed Post Handling
If a scheduled post fails to publish, we will notify you when possible and may attempt to retry. Failed post logs are retained for a limited time to help resolve issues.
CrossPostingPal is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Refund amount will be adjusted based on service usage
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- No refunds are provided for misuse or violation of terms
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team with your purchase details and reason for the refund. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Note that services used will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Data Deletion Policy
You may request deletion of your account, schedules, and media at any time. Data is deleted promptly after such a request, in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies. Use contact form to request deletion or email us at [email protected].
Change Notification
We will notify users of significant changes to this Privacy Policy or Terms of Service via email or dashboard notification.
