Use mastodon.social or type your instance URL. You approve access on your own server; CrossPostingPal only requests permission to read your profile and publish posts and media.
Images or video
Attach up to four images of 16 MB each, or one video up to 99 MB in MP4, M4V, MOV or WebM. Instance admins can set lower limits.
One post for Bluesky and X too
Select Bluesky and X on the same post. Most Mastodon servers allow 500 characters, so write for the shortest destination you choose.

- Does CrossPostingPal work with my instance, not just mastodon.social?
- CrossPostingPal registers itself with the instance you enter and uses standard Mastodon OAuth. If your server blocks third-party app registration, the connection stops at the sign-in step.
- Does CrossPostingPal need my Mastodon password?
- No. You sign in on your instance and approve access there. To disconnect, revoke CrossPostingPal in your instance’s authorized apps settings or remove the account in CrossPostingPal.
- Can I connect accounts on different instances?
- Yes. Each Mastodon account is a separate connection and counts toward your plan’s account allowance: 4 on Starter, 10 on Pro, no cap on Unlimited.
