Connect through remote MCP with OAuth
Your feature is deployed. Give Cursor the launch announcement.
Stay with the agent that helped build the feature. Ask Cursor to explain the shipped benefit, check the public destination and create approved launch posts in CPP.
No credit card required.

Review the copy and destinations
Create drafts through your MCP connection.
Launch drafts matched to the shipped feature
Choose a time after review. CrossPostingPal publishes scheduled posts at that time.
A publishing workflow for Cursor
Step 1
Check what users can actually use
Give Cursor the public feature URL and release notes. Describe benefits using behavior that is already available.
Step 2
Review copy for your audiences
Choose concise X copy and a separate Bluesky version. Confirm links and destination accounts before creating drafts.
Step 3
Coordinate the announcement
Schedule approved times after deployment and check statuses in CPP. A successful deploy does not imply successful social publication.
How to use Cursor with CrossPostingPal
- Connect the social accounts you want to announce from in CPP.
- Merge the configuration below into ~/.cursor/mcp.json for global access or .cursor/mcp.json for this project.
- Open Cursor’s MCP tools settings, enable CPP and complete its OAuth connection flow. Sign in to CPP and review permissions.
- List CPP accounts and create one announcement draft. A cloud agent needs its own MCP configuration and authorization in that execution environment.

Add your source material and review the result before scheduling.
Use this deployed feature and public demo URL to propose X and Bluesky launch posts. Check claims against shipped behavior. List CPP accounts, show the copy and wait for approval before creating drafts. Return IDs and schedule only at times I confirm.
Before you connect
Can the setup stay outside the project?
Use ~/.cursor/mcp.json for global configuration. This OAuth setup snippet contains no personal access token.
Does this also configure Cursor Cloud Agents?
Configure the cloud execution environment separately. Local settings and authorization do not by themselves establish cloud access.
Which social networks can I connect?
New connections are currently available for Instagram, TikTok, X, Bluesky, Mastodon, Dribbble. Instagram, TikTok and Dribbble require media; scheduling and publishing support varies by account. Check the account capabilities before choosing a destination.
Does creating a draft publish anything?
A draft stays unpublished until you schedule or publish it. Scheduling authorizes publication at the selected time; it does not add a mandatory approval step. Review first, then schedule. Immediate MCP publishing requires the separate posts:publish permission.
